Dr. Jennifer Perna
Dr. Perna actually grew up as a performer in Merritt Island, FL, dancing, singing and acting. During her undergraduate education at the University of Florida, she began working for a local dentist and realized her true dream to be a Dentist herself. She enjoyed the interpersonal relationships she witnessed between the dentist and the patients, as well as the artistic side of dentistry.
Dr. Perna attended dental school at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine. She became very involved in mission trips, and experienced how much of an impact dental work can have on others. When she graduated from Nova in 2014, she began her general practice residency at MAHEC in North Carolina. She’s proud to be working at Orange Park Center of Dental Excellence, and is truly passionate about using her skills in dentistry to provide comfortable care to all of her patients.
When she’s not in the office, she enjoys hot yoga, running, traveling, and playing with her doberman “Gio”.
